Putting Yourself First

"Putting Yourself First" is a dynamic eight-session group combining the best of psychotherapy and life-coaching. The group is particularly beneficial to women who caretake others at the expense of their own physical/mental health. Topics include: Setting Healthy Boundaries, Healing Old Family Wounds, Assertiveness Training, Developing a Support System, Grieving Losses, and Anger Management. Group members learn to: set goals, define what constitutes a healthy relationship, problem-solve more effectively, identify self-destructive tendencies and master some coping skills. Hundreds of women are proud graduates of this group Rebecca Strick originally developed in 1995.
