"Putting Yourself First" is a truly unique women's group. Eight dynamic sessions combine the best of psychotherapy and life-skills coaching.
Rebecca Strick originally developed "Putting Yourself First" in 1995 and hundreds of women are now proud graduates of these groups. The synergy and healing that occurs in these women's groups is inspiring and life-changing.
Rebecca considers it a privilege to share in the excitement as group members transform themselves into happier and more confident women. As a pioneer in the creation of short-term groups, Rebecca has designed and facilitated groups for men, teens, children, adults, multi-families and couples.
